We collect only what is needed to make and deliver your card.

What we collect

• The names, text and photos you add to the card.
• Your WhatsApp number, so we can send your link back if you lose it.
• Payment confirmation from Razorpay (never your card number or UPI PIN).
• Basic activity on the card (when it was opened, answers and replies) to show on your private card page, plus IP address and device for security.

Who can see your card

Only people with the private link (and the code, if you set one). Links are random and cannot be guessed. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Cards and photos are kept for one year after payment and then deleted. Unpaid drafts are deleted after 7 days.

Ask us to delete your card or data anytime at support@customsongnow.in.
