Refunds

If your card does not work or you are unhappy for any reason, write to us within 7 days of payment at support@customsongnow.in with your order ID. We will fix it, or refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Timing

Refunds are started within 2 working days and usually reach your account in 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

Before payment there is nothing to cancel. After payment, the refund policy above applies.
