These terms apply to cards.customsongnow.in, operated by CustomSongNow, New Delhi, India. By creating or paying for a card you agree to them.

1. The service

We let you create an interactive digital card with your text and photos and share it as a private link. You can preview the full card for free before paying.

2. Price and payment

Each card costs ₹199 (inclusive of all charges) unless another price is shown before payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see your card details or UPI PIN.

3. Delivery

Your link is ready instantly after payment on your card page. The link works for one year from payment and you can edit the card during that time.

4. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the names, text and photos you add, and that they are not offensive, unlawful or about someone without their consent. We may remove cards that break these rules, without refund.

5. Liability

Our total liability for any card is limited to the amount paid for it.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction. Contact: support@customsongnow.in.
